Teams
Guest Experience
Be the first to welcome guests and make them feel at home. From the parking lot to greeting people at the door to showing our first time guests the best seats in the house – you’ll play an important role in helping every person feel seen, valued, and ready to experience God’s life-changing presence.
Production
Join the production team and help create a powerful worship experience for Santa Barbara. Whether you’re running cameras, setting lighting, or throwing lyrics, you’ll be making a direct impact on how people connect with God at your campus. No experience is needed.
Kids
Shape the future generation by serving with Kids. Engage kids, from newborns through 5th grade, with fun Bible lessons, worship, and activities that build a strong foundation of faith. Whether working directly with children or supporting behind the scenes, you'll create an environment where kids grow in their relationship with God and love coming to church.
Youth
We exist to bring youth and teens 6th-12th grade into a closer relationship with Jesus. Our aim is to show youth that having a relationship with God is both important and fun. Our team helps run check-in, weekly small groups, student events, and coordination and planning within student services.
Worship
Every weekend, our church is led by talented and committed musicians who make up our worship team. This team serves the mission of Hope by creating an atmosphere that helps people experience God's presence.
